Christie joined Insmed in 2023, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the global pharma and biotech industry. Throughout her career, she has built and refined global corporate and healthcare compliance programs, as well as enterprise risk management strategies for some of the world’s leading biopharma companies, including Novartis, Celgene, TG Therapeutics, and EQRx. She has extensive experience designing organizational governance structures tailored to each company’s size, culture, and operational needs. In addition to her compliance expertise, Christie has held leadership roles across other areas, including commercial, medical, advocacy, and communications.
Christie serves on the Board of Directors of the Pharmaceutical Compliance Forum, a not-for-profit coalition of 100+ pharmaceutical and biotech companies dedicated to advancing best practices and leadership in the pharmaceutical compliance profession. She is also Guest Faculty at Seton Hall Law School’s Healthcare Compliance Certification Program and Advanced Healthcare Compliance Certification Program, which are specialized trainings for professionals and students across legal, regulatory, and healthcare disciplines.
Christie graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business.
