We uphold a culture of authenticity and respect
“People need to feel seen, and their unique stories need to be heard. It’s easy for that to get lost in the demands of everyday life. Insmed’s mission inspires me to pause, reflect, and give a voice to those who feel unseen and unheard.”
Amy Bennett
Associate Director, HCP Marketing
We’re committed to maintaining an inclusive culture where everyone feels respected and heard.
We value the unique backgrounds and perspectives that each team member brings to Insmed. Our aim is to foster a work environment that best supports the varied needs of all our employees as well as the patient communities we serve.
We’re committed to cultivating an environment where everyone feels they belong through:
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Clinical trial diversity efforts
Demographic data collection and analysis of our employee makeup
Equitable pay for all employees
Building a culture of inclusion
Employee resource groups (ERGs) give employees the opportunity to build community, discuss meaningful topics, and expand cultural awareness. Our growing list of ERGs includes groups supporting female employees, working caregivers, Hispanic/Latinx colleagues, Black colleagues, Asian/Asian-American/Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander colleagues, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, intergenerational employees, those with visible and invisible disabilities, and those committed to environmental sustainability.
