- Clinical and commercial-stage assets with either first-in-class or best-in-class potential in respiratory and rare diseases

While we are primarily interested in global in-licensing and acquisition opportunities, we would consider high-potential regional opportunities that leverage our commercialization expertise in the U.S., major EU markets, and Japan.
We are not seeking opportunities for re-purposed medicines, products with modest differentiation from Standard of Care, generics and biosimilars, or cosmetic/OTC products.
