Social Media Community Guidelines

Insmed is a people-first global biopharmaceutical company striving to deliver first- and best-in-class therapies to transform the lives of patients facing serious diseases. We are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in patients’ lives as well as the communities where we live and work. Our team is guided by our core values of collaboration, accountability, passion, respect, and integrity.

As a pharmaceutical company, we work in an industry that must follow certain laws and regulations. Because of this, comments on our social media content may need to be monitored and reviewed, and some might need to be removed.  

We will do our best to respond to comments posted but are not planning or able to do so in all instances. In addition, some of our responses may be limited. There may also be questions or comments directly related to our business that we cannot address.

While you are here, we ask that you please read through our Community Guidelines below and respectfully follow them while engaging with our content. Thank you in advance for reading and abiding by our guidelines.

Respect and Compassion

We welcome your comments and questions but ask that you behave respectfully in language and tone when commenting on our channels. Please refrain from posting comments that contain:

  • Mention of pharmaceutical company names, other than Insmed
  • Mention of specific treatments or healthcare providers by name
  • Promotion of illegal activity
  • Links to any videos, sites, or third‐party medical information
  • Misleading or factually incorrect information
  • Disparagement of another party
  • Health or medical advice
  • Violations of others’ privacy (e.g., personal information of any kind)
  • Spam or advertising
  • Violations of relevant social channels’ Terms of Service or platform rules
  • Violations of any law or regulation
  • Violations of any intellectual property of another individual or organization
  • URLs that link out to any website that contains any of the above violations
